Overview

Esri's Partners & Alliances team is expanding by adding a Partner Operations Coordinator to support the growth of the Esri Partner Network (EPN). In this position you will support by providing daily coordination of efforts related to key partner initiatives, such as, partner reselling, lead generation, specialties and Esri's online Partner Community. This work helps partners be discovered and sell their offerings, distinguish their areas of expertise, and collaborate with Esri and other partners. A high level of collaboration among a variety of Esri teams is a key to success in this position. It also requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, positive professional attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes virtual team environment.

Responsibilities



  • Drive Results for the Partner Program. Serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders on partner benefits and enablement. Guide partners in leveraging Esri's Partner Community and digital tools for growth. Support adoption of the partner program by collaborating with partners, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Operational Support and Documentation. Assist in implementing and optimizing partner program policies and workflows. Maintain accurate documentation to support partner engagement and internal operations. Develop resources and collateral based on best practices.
  • Communicate and Collaborate. Work with marketing and communication teams to support partner enablement campaigns. Respond to partner inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely resolution. Share partner feedback and insights to enhance internal collaboration.


Requirements



  • 1+ years of partner, channel, or sales operations experience
  • An appreciation for technology and willingness to learn high-level technical concepts
  • Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and partners to meet targeted objectives
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to create reports, interpret results, and make recommendations on approach and courses of action
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor's in business, geography, GIS or related field

Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's in business, geography, GIS or related field
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce and/or other business management/reporting systems
  • General understanding of Esri products and services or other GIS technology
  • Experience preparing, reviewing and presenting work plans, work flows, business metrics and reports

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$70,720 $114,400 USD
