Right here, where you will help lead the Field Relocation Project Managers, through development and delivery of large integrated customer solutions, by redefining broad concepts into structured programs. You will also lead the Project Managers during the design of multi-national/multi-partner projects, delivering solutions for sophisticated, high impact issues, and building effective client relationships. In this role, the experienced manager is responsible for the team during the sale, and mentors the solution design/development of large integrated service projects to external customers; often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. These projects will focus on relocations but can also include (but are not limited to) Asset Management Program assistance, facility inventories, and other projects as identified. This position is leading a team primarily on the West coast and mid-west area. Successful candidate will need to cover the Pacific Time Zone and may have extensive travel of up to 50% (nationwide). A valid driver's license is required for this position. The desired candidate for this position will assist with determining overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. They will mentor our project managers to support our external customers in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring CrossLab services. They are responsible for reviewing the pricing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation or delivery within specified goals. It is important that this manager can build and maintain employee relationships while coordinating internal and external teams. In addition, the candidate will have a strong attention to detail, will maintain all data and reports, as well as sharing project status and reports with internal and external stakeholders. This manager will have direct management of field project managers. Qualifications

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $130,240.00 - $244,200.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
