We're actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Program Manager to join our Global HR Operations team in Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As part of our company strategy, we have introduced a new operating model designed to enhance collaboration, standardize processes, and scale operations across our divisions and functions. This model aims to deliver greater value to our customers by establishing a unified global operating framework. As a People Operations Program Manager, you will drive innovative and scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will be instrumental in transforming service delivery, optimizing operations, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives to cultivate an environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Process Improvement: Partner closely with Global HR leadership team and HR COEs to optimize HR operations processes and programs.

  • Enabling Technology: Collaborate with HR Technology (Workday-based) to eliminate manual processes and promote self-service for employees and managers.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues in HR service delivery, recommending and executing solutions across HR COEs.

  • Process Governance: Establish a governance framework for HR service delivery, ensuring clear ownership and legal compliance for all HR processes.

  • Risks and Controls: Maintain robust internal controls to ensure process accuracy, enhance compliance, and reduce risk.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee complex global projects that support the transformation of the HR service delivery model.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Employee and Manager Engagement: Collaborate with the Global Knowledge Manager and Internal Communications teams to ensure process awareness and ease of execution.

  • Compliance: Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure HR processes are compliant with local regulatory requirements.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 5-7 years' experience in HR program and process optimization roles.

  • Experience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), including understanding of business processes.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and external vendors. Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills to oversee complex integration projects and impacts of those projects on service delivery and employee experience

  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate the impacts of change decisions.

  • Knowledge of global HR compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Experience working effectively in a matrix organization, particularly in collaboration with and through others to get things done.

  • Prior experience working in a Global HR Shared Services model.

  • Process improvement and continuous learning mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$121,770.00 - $148,830.00
