The pay range for this position is $22.04-$31.87 based on direct and relevant experience.


RAYUS Radiology is looking for a IT Financial Specialist to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a IT Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the financial aspects of IT operations within the organization. This role involves handling vendor invoices, maintaining budget details, performing reconciliations, and managing mobile device assets. The specialist will also process internal labor reports and assist with various other tasks as assigned. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial management tools, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(80%) IT Operations Finance Support



  • Download invoices from multiple vendor websites, process via RAYUS spend management system (i.e. Coupa) for payment.
  • Maintain budget details via MS Excel of the Telecom, Data Center, Network, and other infrastructure/IT Operational spend as needed.
  • Validate market allocation of costs and supply required data to Finance.
  • Audit invoices and report any major discrepancies to manager.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT resources to ensure telephony service disconnection orders are completed as scheduled.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of all operational spend applied to department issued credit card (p-card).


(10%) Mobile device asset management



  • Collaborate with RAYUS vendors to process end-user requests for mobile devices (i.e. cell phones, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory of mobile device purchases and user assignment.
  • Order cell phone accessories, and ship to end-user.


(5%) IT Internal Labor Reporting



  • Process bi-weekly ADP time tracking reports.
  • Complete reconciliation of IT Capital labor expense reports.
  • Using excel pivots and charts create monthly evaluation to demonstrate internal labor hours for each IT workstream.


(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned.

Required:



  • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of data or financial analysis, and demonstrated internship experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)


Preferred:



  • IT or healthcare experience
  • Relevant certification (i.e. CFA, CPA)
