a.i. solutions is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Manager/Business Partner to lead the HR functions for a NASA contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in labor relations, employee relations, HR administration, and talent acquisition serving as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and talent management skills to drive organizational success and maintain positive employee relations.
