We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11+ years of experience in Atlan - DG, Java, Python, Rest API, and Data Catalog. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Java, Python, Rest API, and Data Catalog.
• Oversee the technical team to ensure project accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Snowflake and data architecture.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture and processes.

• Strong experience in Atlan - DG, Java, Python, Rest API, and Data Catalog
• Demonstrate expertise in the Utilities domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000-$180,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
