About the Role:

Join us as a Clinical Contracts Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting contracts administration. Your primary responsibilities will involve processing contracts for signature, entering data into our contract management system, and creating workflow status reports. You'll collaborate with our legal department to ensure contracts are thoroughly reviewed and executed in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll support contract administration throughout its lifecycle, handling tasks such as financial approval, invoicing, tracking timelines, and more. Your ability to maintain strong working relationships across all levels of our organization will be key to your success in this role.

Your contributions will include but are not limited to:

  • Expertly manage the company's contract management system, ensuring that all contracts are organized and maintained effectively.

  • Provide essential support for the contract lifecycle management process, ensuring that all stages are properly executed and completed on time.

  • Carefully review and identify standard contract terms, inputting relevant data accurately into the contract management system for easy access and reference.

  • Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of contractual records within the Contract Management System, keeping information up to date for easy retrieval.

  • Proactively identify any issues that may arise and promptly initiate corrective actions to streamline the contract processing workflow.

  • Compile informative workflow status reports and other ad hoc reports as needed, highlighting key insights and trends for informed decision-making.

  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to professional standards in all work conducted, aligning with company and departmental guidelines for excellence.

  • Willingly take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2+ years of of contracts administration or similar transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with vendors, providers, and internal stakeholders OR

  • 10 years of related work experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good customer service skills

  • Possesses superior attention to detail

  • Experience with Contract Management Systems preferred

  • Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions preferred

  • Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and can develop an understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers

  • Has experience in specific functional discipline while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills

  • Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good project management skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $39.61-$57.45. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
