Summary of Job Description:

The Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for executing program management across Supply Chain Management with internal SCM and external stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are aligned with Supply Chain strategy and objectives. This position works with SCM leaders on building the SCM Program Management function/capability, including processes to facilitate management of multiple projects of varied scope and foster productive cross-functional relationships. The Manager, Program Management is responsible for project plan development, ensuring project scope, deliverables and resource allocations for multiple projects are operationalized to ensure successful orchestration and execution.

You'll get a chance to:

  • Collaborates with Supply Chain leadership on the execution of multi-year strategic plans to align with the overall SCM strategies to meet company objectives. Assists in prioritization of projects and utilization of resources.
  • Plans and defines the scope of the program and its individual projects. Develops a detailed program plan and project plans to monitor and track progress. Coordinates the dependency management between different projects in the program.
  • Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Provides regular updates via meetings, reports, and digital communication, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of relevant information and aligned with program objectives. Holds stakeholders accountable for the functional success of project plans.
  • Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to safeguard the program's objectives. Continuously monitors, tracks, and communicates key risk indicators. Develops, deploys or adjusts mitigation plans to ensure program success.
  • Assists in the development of organizational compliance standards through performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities, ensuring timely and successful execution. Deploys established standards.
  • Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with program objectives and uses these metrics to track progress. Utilizes project management tools to streamline data collection and generate reports that offer insights into program performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Shares regular performance updates with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and development to PMO professionals to meet the PRG and SCM people planning and development goals. Assists in the recruiting and selection of new team members.
  • Utilizes company project management processes, systems and tools to optimize allocated resources, maximizing program value and ensuring timely success.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum five years of project and program management and related experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, completion of annual store training.

Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
