Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced RPA Developer to join our team to support our government clients.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As an RPA Developer, you will:



  • Collaborate with business authorities and domain experts to elicit requirements
  • Build/improve functionality configurations
  • Resolve break fixes
  • Participate in improving user testing
  • Conduct continual post-production support of bot maintenance
  • Provide training as required


Required Qualifications



  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance
  • Experience training on policy and/or workflow
  • 5+ years of IT programming experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UiPath (requires UiPath Certification - UiPath Advanced RPA Developer)
  • 2+ years of experience in AI tools
  • Professional certifications in information technology


Desired Qualifications



  • BA/BS in IT, Information Systems, or Business, or at least three years of experience developing/coding/configuring software or systems
  • Two years of experience with RPA or comparable projects
  • Two years of experience with OCR technology working with structured and unstructured inputs

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $85k - $110k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
