Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team supporting new construction of the Navy's newest Frigate (FFG62) onsite in Marinette, WI. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Shipyard Configuration Change Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

    Shipyard Logistics: Support planning and monitoring of modernization/new construction periods, ensuring GFE/GFM are identified, procured, and delivered to meet contractual and operational requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with stakeholders to address programmatic and technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Documentation: Prepare logistics plans, briefings, white papers, reports, and other materials. Facilitate meetings like IPTs, Change Boards, and Working Groups.
  • Logistics Planning: Assist with lifecycle logistics plans, cost estimates, assessments, fielding/disposal plans, manpower, and training documentation.
  • Policy Evaluation: Recommend improvements to logistics policies and processes for enhanced support availability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degrree or High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Navy New Construction Processes and Procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Government Furnished Equipment Schedules (A-E).
  • Shipping/delivery processes.
  • APICS, CPIM, or CSPC National Certification.
  • And/ or DAU DAWIA Logistics Level III certification or equivalent.
