Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Service ITIL and Field Services with a strong background in Consumer Lending. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems related to Consumer Lending.

  • Hands on experience working on ITSM Tool and CMDB tool.

  • Knows basic about Intune, Autopilot and JAMF Need some expertise on PC Refresh Activities, termination, and onboarding requests.

  • Assembling of computer, Installation of Operating System and other software.

  • User internet related problem Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting.

  • Remote management through Team Viewer & Remote Desktop to solve Windows and Software issue.

  • Troubleshooting of Hardware, Operating System and Network Lan troubleshooting.

  • Installation, maintenance of other computer peripherals such as Network & local printers.

  • Configuring MS Outlook and multiple other applications.

  • Responding to client support requests.

  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Oversee field service operations to maintain system integrity and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.

  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.

  • Train and mentor junior team members on system operations and best practices.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

  • Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 system support.

  • Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable system operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Customer Service ITIL and Field Services.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Consumer Lending domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Have experience with system documentation and compliance audits.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/26/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800 - $68,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
