Receptionist Pool - Mandalay Bay

As a Pool Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the pool area, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will also assist with guest needs, direct them to the appropriate areas, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our resort.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department

• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff

• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff

• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment-related issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Open availability and can work varied on-call shifts including weekends and holidays

• Experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and clerical responsibilities. A plus if in a similar pool setting

• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
