Responsibilities

As a Project Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Construction directs construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives.

Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.
Uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets.
Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.
Manages strategic client relationships and establishes clear lines of communication.
Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
Analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Requires a bachelor's degree.
Typically reports to a director. The Project Manager Sr. - Construction manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Qualifications

TS/SCI Clearance (Active)
Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10 -15 Years of experience including the following,1-3 years supervisory experience, at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager,3-5 Years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences and 3-5 Years construction experience.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $94,100.00/Yr. - USD $157,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
