Overview

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:

    Construction directs construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives.
  • Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets.
  • Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.
  • Manages strategic client relationships and establishes clear lines of communication.
  • Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
  • Analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Typically reports to a director. The Project Manager Sr. - Construction manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.


Qualifications

  • TS/SCI Clearance (Active)
  • Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10 -15 Years of experience including the following,1-3 years supervisory experience, at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager,3-5 Years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations, Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences and 3-5 Years construction experience.


Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $94,100.00/Yr. - USD $157,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
