The Mechanical Engineer position will support the development of innovative, high quality, marketable products for assigned product lines in the Business Unit while working closely with the Brand Managers, Product Development Manager, Operations, and Purchasing. This position is responsible for designing products to meet consumer requirements that are capable of efficient production and are cost effective. The position is expected to work collaboratively with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Sales to meet customer needs and support the strategic goals. Responsibilities: * Develop new technologies and products that push the market segment forward and garner consumer interest while maintaining the quality of the brand. Requirements: * B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical) from an accredited college/university. Preferred Skills: * A background in the hunting or outdoor sporting goods market.
