Cox Automotive is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Senior Manager. This position serves as an influential partner, advising clients in the Enterprise Finance and Accounting and Fleet Services Finance organizations. This role leads the development and implementation of progressive people strategy and organizational programs that grow the business and enable the business / function to deliver on its business commitments. Provides thought leadership to ensure organizational operating effectiveness and quality of talent in the business.
This role will support the Enterprise Finance & Accounting organization.
**Internal Cox employees who reside near a Cox Automotive hub or corporate location will be considered.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead people strategy opportunities and choices to compete and succeed. Drive the creation, execution and alignment of the People Solutions and plans as part of the overall business strategy. Partner with the business to develop and execute talent management strategies that optimize the contribution of Team Members in line with business goals to drive competitive advantage.
- Interpret data insightfully and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify root causes of issues, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement of talent priorities. Be an insights advocate that reviews external data and trends and provides relevant insight back into the business. Creating winning solutions to keep the business ahead of the competition.
- Deliver better, quicker results through the expertise, resources and connections of your network. Work collaboratively with People Solutions Centers of Excellence to optimize the effectiveness of the business. Be the account manager for the rest of People Solutions, ensuring market/business/function receives the best support to support the delivery of the business and people strategies.
- Anticipate and respond to changing business needs. Influence lasting change in assigned businesses by serving as a change advocate on companywide strategies and initiatives. Lead smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field preferred with 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources disciplines including a strategic focus. A candidate may also have a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 12+ years of relevant experience.

- Must have the ability to diagnose a problem and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a growing, evolving organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate degree in business, Human Resources or a related field
- Human Resources certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR
- Experience managing HR professionals and/or people leaders directly or indirectly strongly
- Active emotional intelligence including a precise ability to listen, ask questions, and understand others to adjust one's own actions
- Experience supporting finance teams in a fast-paced environment
- Using data analysis and insights to drive fact-based decision making
USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
