Acute Care Services Director

Directs operations for the clinical acute care services departments. Provides administrative direction and support in conjunction with the Medical Leaders of the areas served. Consults with staff, providers, other members of leadership, and VP of Clinical Services on patient care matters and interpretation of facility policies and procedures to ensure needs are met. Leads performance improvement activities within and between departments and participates in CQI initiatives.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska.
• Hospital based, acute care experience required.
• Master's Degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management preferred.
• Three to five years of hospital management preferred.
