Optometrist Opportunity: Pawlak Eye Care is seeking a Florida-licensed optometrist to join our growing team, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with potential for future partnership. In our full-scope optometric practice, you will provide high-quality vision care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for someone with experience in contact lens fittings and familiarity with OCT/Optomap technology, as well as the ability to work some Saturdays. With state-of-the-art technology, full tech support, and a second exam room to ensure seamless patient flow, we create an efficient and modern environment that enhances both patient care and provide experience. What You'll Do: As the newest optometrist on our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the ongoing success of our business by conducting comprehensive eye exams with efficiency and attention to detail. You will diagnose a wide range of ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in managing primary care and ocular disease, a desire to grow their practice, and exceptional communication skills. Our practice is equipped with advanced eye care technology, including Crystal PM EMR, Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT 400, and Optomap digital retinal imaging, to help you deliver the highest quality care. You will collaborate with a skilled team to treat an average of 15 patients daily, with 20-minute appointment slots and the ability to accommodate walk-ins.
