Summary:

The Document Imaging Technician I role is responsible for the retrieval, preparation, review, scanning and indexing of medical record documents into the electronic medical record.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of prior experience in a healthcare setting or experience with Health Information Management preferred. Previous EMR experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
