Duties & Responsibilities	Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware and utensils. Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol. Delivers sanitized plates and silverware to various locations as needed. Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift. Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine. Collects dirty dishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanitization room for sanitizing. Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union. Physical Requirements Ability to transport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs.
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required. In this position, you may be required to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications	Experience operating commercial food service equipment, Vocational or technical training- field of study: floor care
