At Advantage Technical, we have partnered with a global leader in medical device innovation and are seeking a dedicated Senior Supplier Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of components sourced from suppliers, contributing directly to the advancement of medical solutions that improve patient health worldwide.

Pay: Up to $56/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Hybrid - 3 days required onsite

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure project success.
  • Develop innovative solutions to support process and equipment validation.
  • Contribute to new product development and product support through technology development, material testing, process studies, and reporting.
  • Use process improvement techniques to solve complex problems and make sound equipment and process recommendations.
  • Analyze and interpret complex test results to draw accurate conclusions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and effectively communicate results to technical teams.
  • Design and coordinate engineering tests and experiments.
  • Manage project goals, track progress, and recommend revisions as needed.
  • Assess the feasibility and reliability of engineering evaluations, products, and equipment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and train, develop, and guide operators, technicians, and engineers.


Qualifications:



  • 4-8 years of experience with a BS degree or 3-6 years with an MS degree.
  • Strong background in manufacturing engineering with proven longevity in the field.
  • Hands-on validation experience is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%. Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport.
