Position Highlights

We are looking for a Program Aide at the Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities, Employment First program. The best candidate will bring a passion for disability to join our team working on employment projects and activities and contributing to development training and resource products and communications for a variety of audiences.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participate on teams and assist with activities on projects related to education, employment, and community engagement.
  • Maintains and organizes filing systems and records, inputting data into department databases when necessary.
  • Gathers and organizes data for inclusion in reports or presentations, and manages the sorting and distribution of mail.
  • Assist with developing products and resources in written and electronic formats for a variety of audiences.
  • Provides general administrative support, adhering to established processes and guidelines.
  • Completes tasks under supervision, with clear instructions from the supervisor.
  • Provides assistance with various projects or tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
    Some college experience.
    Demonstrated leadership.
    Experience supporting communities with disabilities or direct experience as a member of this community.
