Responsibilities

Position Summary: To achieve optimal utilization of Laurel Ridge/Mission Resiliency and military continuum of care by growing, developing, and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated market(s).

Specialized Skills and Knowledge (List the minimum required specific knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer programming, spreadsheets, specific healthcare processes, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain and present in professional manner.
Proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Documentation of sales experience to include consistently ranking in the top 20% nationally and top 10% regionally.
Negotiating skills and problem-solving skills.
Sales management ranking consistently in the top 25%.
Strategic thinking skills.

Veteran experience required.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and implement viable short- and long-term business development plans.
- Mission Resiliency Program
- Military Sexual Trauma Program
- Combat Operational Stress Program
- Advanced In Training Program
Actively participates in recruiting, hiring, orientation and retention of Military Community Relations team staff.
Provides on-going coaching and training for Military Community Relations team.
Monitors and evaluates performance of the Military Community Relations team.
Develops and implements military development team policies and procedures to include protocol systems development and management.
- develop, write, and maintain standardized military protocols and point of contact logs
- maintain military logs
- maintain ACT reports
Maintains military referral source records and related information.
Organizes and conducts military development meetings.
- weekly unit staff meetings
- clinical staff meetings
- monthly adult medical executive meetings
Supports hospital's financial goals and objectives.
Participates in training and development activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- develop and organize internal and external conferences and meetings.
Develops and maintains relationships within the internal and external hospital and corporate departments.
Supports internal and external customer service standards.
Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
