Lincoln Hospitalis a full-service healthcare system that includes a hospital with two campuses: Lincoln Hospital- Miles Campus inDamariscottaand Lincoln Hospital- St. Andrews Campus inBoothbay Harbor, as well as two long-term care facilities, retirement communities in both Boothbay Harbor andDamariscotta, a 40-member multi-specialty physician practice. The Miles campus includes a 25-bed community hospital.

The Emergency Department is presently seeking a Unit Secretary to join their team!

Summary: This position consists of 36 hours per week, day shifts.
The Nursing Unit Secretary role performs clerical, receptionist, and transporter duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current BLS certification preferred or may be required based on location.
  3. Experience: One year of hospital or health care setting preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
