- Provide financial expertise and advice to the business, support decision-making, and drive performance.
- Lead monthly business review and understand material deviation from strategy, forecast, and KPIs.
- Drive the compliance agenda for the business, creating policies and procedures, and promoting a compliance mindset.
- Propose function expenses budget and forecast.
- Co-lead the sales budget and forecast process.
- Prepare and analyze scenarios to discuss business cases.
- Support global initiatives by acting as a Finance Regional Lead.
- Act as liaison between the business unit and other Finance areas.
- Design and implement Financial Solutions.
- Salary range: $ 131,461 to $ 180,700/year.

Qualifications
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, or a closely related occupation.
- Requires five (5) years of experience with: financial analysis; strategic planning; budgeting and forecasting; financial modeling; business acumen; data analysis and interpretation; management reporting; ERP systems including SAP; MS Excel; Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A); performance metrics and KPIs; business intelligence tools including Qlik; cost management; stakeholder management and communication; financial risk management and governance.
- Requires three (3) years of experience with: Power BI.
- Requires two (2) years of experience with: SAC.
- Must pass a background check and drug test before beginning employment.
