Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$120,400.00 to$200,700.00. Position Details Reporting to the Director, Contract Operations and Compliance, you will lead and manage the people and processes related to all operational activities of the Government Compliance Team. You will develop and manage the specific programs, or large opportunities, which meet customers' needs within Grainger policies while minimizing financial and legal risk. Collaborate across multiple functions within the organization to ensure compliance with our Government Customers requirements are understood and influence strategic planning sessions so that future programs and offers are developed with the Government Customer in mind. You Will * Convert business development strategies into aligned departmental goals and tactical plans for team implementation with a plan to monitor ongoing performance. You Have * 6+ years of management level work experience in government contracting, information technology, finance and/or pricing strategy. * Federal contracting and government compliance experience with 48 CFR, FAR and DFAR required. * Proven experience with continuous improvement or quality procedures. * Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to analyze and present conclusions on business performance to stakeholders and executives. * Demonstrated experience in setting exacting standards and expectations.
