***JOB CODE TO BE USED IN CFO ONLY*** Performs analytical work and research for the Accounting Policy & Research group, which coordinates and manages complex financial accounting and analysis relating to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Regulatory Accounting Principles (RAP) issues. Responsible for researching and assisting with accounting guidance based on accounting authoritative literature and pronouncements. Provides technical accounting and finance expertise on a wide range of accounting and business issues. Provides guidance to lesser experienced analysts and other members of the team. #DMR1 The External Reporting group's responsibilities include the preparation and filing of the DTE Energy Form 10-K's, Form 10-Q's, and Form 11-K's with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Also handles preparation and submission of annual and quarterly regulatory filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
