Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Technical Care Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. SALARY RANGE: $118,685 - 166,400 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Deliver technical and product support within Care service delivery and provide advanced system troubleshooting methods like system-level tracing, debug, and protocol flow analysis. Develop and maintain understanding of the customer network and recommend improvements of products and end-to-end solutions to the internal product groups. Drive the creation and reuse knowledge management articles. Apply Software services processes, policies, tools, documentation and contribute to their continuous improvement. Maintain awareness of new products and releases through regular updates. Resolve complex situations derived from technical activities such as software upgrade, audit, equipment swap, network expansion, multivendor issues, acceptance testing, feature testing, tailored technical support, and end-to-end performance improvement. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Cloud technologies and Cloud-native Architecture and Mirco-Service Architecture; Common Software Foundation; Scripting and Programming Language, including Java, Perl, Python or C++; Advance troubleshooting in IP, Unix, or Linux; Experience in at least 5 of the following: Diameter Radius, SS7, Relational Databases, HTTP, XML, SOAP, GSM, IMS, LTE, VoLTE, or SQL. Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
