Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution & Financial Planning Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on and contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution Participate in large-scale planning efforts tied to Business Execution deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve process gaps, leveraging a solid understanding of Business Execution policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide oversight and tracking for a Key Control Issue Remediation project, consulting on the design, execution, and tracking of both key and non-key controls Identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and support process enhancements aligned to risk and controls expectations Consult with cross-functional partners across Technology, Finance, and Risk to ensure successful delivery of project milestones Contribute to documentation, reporting, and communication processes to maintain clear and consistent visibility into project status and risks Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation , Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military service, or education Experience working within a Risk and Controls Framework and/or Audit function Technical experience, with preference for skills in SQL or Essbase Experience in financial analysis and forecasting processes Experience with data management techniques and controls, including data quality monitoring and remediation Pay Range: $43-53 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
