Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, excel) Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing Requirements: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau , Power BI, Looker) and SQL Expert level SQL and Oracle DB skills with hands on SME knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Data Intelligence SME with strong data, technical and planning skills Ability to collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret high volume data sets to support business decision making Expert experience in Tableau solutions, MS SQL, Oracle SQL and experience with leading and mentoring team members Desired skills: Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools Prior experience with Automation and Functional design along with experience in data related to security vulnerabilities Pay range: $51.25 - $59.25 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
