Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evolve continuing education programs to support project management soft skills and hard skills.
  • Develop, deliver, and evolve new hire onboarding programs to support national PDS employees (variable markets, dedicated accounts, national services/sectors).
  • Support the development and delivery of national and regional communications to support AM PDS L&D and PMO initiatives.
  • Administer change management assessments to develop communication, training, and resistance management plans.
  • Thoroughly understand the project management process and tools.
  • Track training program participation and completions.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in project management required.
  • Willingness to obtain Change Management certification (or already certified).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience and comfort with conducting training and/or large group class-room facilitation, delivery and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to learn system functionality quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexibility with work hours and overnight travel required (up to 25% overnight travel is possible during peak workload).
  • Flexible working both in a JLL corporate office and remotely.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring others.
  • Ability to produce effective training materials (i.e. social media style content, e-learning and microlearning courses, virtual webinar content, PowerPoint, gamification, etc.).

Estimated total compensation for this position:

95,000.00 - 138,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
