Position Overview


Primary Purpose of Position
The Customer Service Representative will assist prospective, current and former students; parents, faculty, staff and the University community regarding admission requirements, status of applications; residency questions; campus touring; completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA); status of the FAFSA; financial aid status; scholarship availability; additional funding; transfer credits; student account and billing. Other duties as assigned.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The primary purpose of the Office of Student Financial Aid is to administer financial aid in a professional and compassionate manner to students and other customers while assuring the University's compliance with Federal, State and Institutional regulations. The office is also responsible for reconciling programs, conducting workshops, ensuring compliance with athletic aid as well as other responsibilities.
Work Hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Is this position eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies.
