Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC . This is a 9+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for a large-scale marketing campaign data migration Facilitate meetings, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables Prepare and present regular updates and status reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and timelines Leverage Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track and manage project activities and documentation Analyze and resolve complex project management challenges, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies Ensure all project activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in complex, cross-functional projects Hands-on experience with Agile Project Management Tools such as JIRA and Confluence (4-6 years) Experience with Data Migration Projects (4-6 years) Proven ability to deliver clear and concise Executive Communication and Reporting (6+ years) Experience managing and executing Marketing Campaign Projects (1-2 years) Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities (6+ years) Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
