KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Oversight

  • Oversee social editorial and content calendar management
  • Develop compelling content aligned with business objectives
  • Drive content innovation and format experimentation across platforms
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and impact
  • Work with our shared services team to streamline updated content creation & publishing workflow
  • Guide social best practices and governance globally

Content Excellence

  • Oversee editorial quality and brand voice across all social channels
  • Manage high-priority campaign content development and execution
  • Repurpose content as necessary for channel, audience or optimization need
  • Direct and create social creative development for flagship research and events
  • Lead content optimization and performance analysis
  • Central global resource for social content creative templates and strategic guidance
    • Ensure our brand templates for social media are up-to-date, accessible and frequently shared
    • Regularly create and test new content formats aligned to specific networks, regions, or use cases
    • Facilitate creativity and experimentation via brainstorms and recommendations for new ideas and new content pilots, etc.
  • Champion SEO best practices in social content

Program Management

  • Drive workflow efficiency through Workfront and SmartSheet
  • Manage content planning and approval processes
  • Post content globally and/or socialize with markets for local posting
  • Lead social media training and best practice sharing
  • Oversee community management for priority campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in social media strategy, preferably B2B
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current social media landscape and B2B best practices across that landscape
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools to track social performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Deep understanding of social media landscape
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to drive multiple complex initiatives
  • Experience leading global teams/projects

Tools & Technologies

  • Proficient in Sprout, Workfront, SmartSheet
  • Experience with BrandWatch, SocialWeaver
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics

Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
