Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, interfacing, and integrating peripherals for light measurement products.Key components include modern light source and detector technologies, as well as motion control. This role will also define the single board computer and carrier board architecture requirements to control the system.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Teaching less experienced personnel design, development and problem-solving best practices.

  • Creating and maintaining necessary documentation and driving best practices

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.

  • Synthesizing multiple inputs and leveraging in-depth knowledge and creativity to solve complex organizational and operational problems.

  • Designing and developing electrical systems in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Expertise with 32-bit ARM Core Microprocessor Architecture and Systems Design including high-speed DDR memories.

  • Experience with FPGA design (Verilog or VHDL); Analog, Digital, and Power Supply Design SPI, I2C, and high-speed DMA interfaces

  • Altium Designer Schematic and PCB preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $87,092 to $119,751 per year depending on the geographic market.

  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
