JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supports
- Systems integration
- Technical design
- Model based design
- Systems analysis for supportability and effectiveness of technological systems
- Systems analysis for safety of system
- Systems research
- Systems verification or validation planning
- Architecture development, and requirements for commercial, industrial and governmental purposes.
* Integrates system activities to support the aforementioned tasks.
* Integration and analysis applies to the greater systems, interfaces between the systems and subsystems, and systems and components.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree
* 5-10 years of mechanical engineering design experience
* Project leadership experience, strongly preferred
* Experience in a new product development, service and/or aftermarket space, preferred
* HVAC industry experience, strongly preferred
* Strong communication skills, primarily in English
* Leadership and teamwork skills required
