OR Cleaner-SF

Presbyterian is seeking a Operating Room Cleaner.

In this role, you will maintain departmental policies and standards, ensuring safety, environmental, and infection control. You will perform terminal cleaning of OR rooms, disinfect floors, move equipment and furniture, and handle trash and waste disposal. Regular housekeeping duties in non-patient OR areas, such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors, are also part of your responsibilities. Participation in educational programs and obtaining OR cleaning certification are required

Type of Opportunity: Full Time (1.0 FTE/40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: 8 hour days

Two years of housekeeping experience and complete an OR certification program within 9 months of employment.
