Project Cost Estimating Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborate with senior staff, management, and engineers to verify proper schematics before construction
• Collaborate closely with Sales to analyze the past projects to estimate future project costs
• Organize incoming project requests and estimating cost analysis for residential, expansion, and joint trench opportunities
• Research existing network for ability to service new installations and expansion areas.
• Estimating costs and comparing budgets with actual expenses of projects
• Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
• Manage and organize cost estimates for new projects.
• Maintain sales leads funnel for Community Development
• All other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor degree in relevant field preferred
• 2 years of equivalent experience in related field
• Fiber Design and project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office product specifically Word and Excel
