A P&ID Drafter position is available with our client based in Albuquerque, NM. This position can be remote, hybrid or onsite. In this role you will be supporting the Engineering Integration team. To be considered for this role, you will have an Associate Degree (in drafting, design or related field), 5+ years of P&ID drafting experience, and 2D AutoCAD proficiency.

P&ID Drafter Job Duties:
*Develops, updates, and maintains piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) in AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
*Interprets and implements redlines and engineering mark-ups, making precise modifications within designated timeframes.
*Performs field walkdowns as needed to verify existing plant conditions and ensure accurate as-built documentation.
*Collaborates with engineers and project teams to incorporate technical specifications into P&ID designs and resolve design discrepancies.
*Utilizes software, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Bluebeam REVU to review and and manage technical documentation.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
*Associate degree in drafting and design or other related design discipline
* 5+ years of experience working in P&ID drafting
*Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD
* Must have AVEVA or SmartPlant experience to create and be able to understand Smart P&IDs
* Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Bluebeam REVU
*Cleared to work in the US and be able to work with Export Controlled Information
