About the Team Primary Responsibilities Product Marketing & Messaging * Develop product positioning and messaging for Salesforce Employee Success Agentforce solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment with customer needs and market trends. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution * Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Employee Success product launches, working closely with Sales, Product, BT and Customer Success teams. Demo Creation & Presentation * Develop and deliver impactful product demos that showcase the full potential of Employee Success Agentforce solutions Customer Engagement & Relationship Building * Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and expert on Salesforce Employee Success solutions. Market Research & Competitive Analysis * Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings related to workforce engagement tools. Experience & Skills * 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Communications, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven technologies.
