What are the Benefits of joining our team?

Our providers enjoy the aspects of being an independent provider that are appealing, while having the administrative and operational support to manage everything else that you need as a provider.

As a full-time employee of SLBMI, we offer a centralized intake office that screens and schedules a steady flow of clients for clinicians; an efficient and professionally run billing service; marketing support; assistance in managing managed care, including credentialing, and consultation on practice development.

We encourage our clinicians to schedule their practice in ways that allow them to achieve their lifestyle preferences, while still maintaining an active patient caseload and participating in their specialty program needs.

Administrative Directors receive a salary stipend in correspondence with a set number of administrative hours allotted per week.

For patient care, we utilize a compensation plan based upon percentage of net cash collections for our clinicians, again allowing our clinicians to have more independence in their practice while earning competitive compensation. Such a model allows for work-life balance, while also providing the ability to earn more if the clinician desires to have a larger caseload.

You would also be part of a multidisciplinary team 70+ excellent colleagues willing to share their clinical expertise for case consultation, continuing education, and program development. We support our clinicians to further their career through providing opportunities for clinical presentations/speaking opportunities, consultations, research, and continuing education.

SLBMI also provides a comprehensive benefits package, rarely found in private practice, including professional liability insurance, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans, paid time off, 401(K) with company match and discounted stock plans.

Qualifications

  • Interested applicants must be fully licensed (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC) in the state of Missouri and credentialed (or credentialed-eligible) on managed care panels in Missouri. Please expect 90-days for credentialing to be completed prior to starting.

  • The ideal candidate would be interested and qualified for a Director role in the CAF Program, to include a required 3-5 years of work experience. Preferrably, ideal candidates will have had prior experience with program development and management.
