THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an individual to lead initiatives in M&A, corporate strategy, and market access (customer) strategy, driving high-impact decisions as a trusted consultant for our organization's growth and success. This role is a part of the North America Strategy organization under the Distribution Strategy Director across B2C and B2B businesses. This position will be a part of an accelerated development program with a goal of positioning the new leader to rapidly gain experience and grow quickly within strategic marketing across the company.

Location: This position is based in Greenville, SC - close to beaches, mountains, and major cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We're seeking a high-performing individual who can navigate ambiguity, analyze data to make informed decisions, and collaborate across teams to drive impactful solutions. You will develop your leadership style while effectively communicating with senior leaders and building trust-based relationships to motivate organizational action. Specifically, you will:

• Analyze market trends and identify key opportunities.

• Develop strategies to address various market segments, channels, and geographies.

• Recruit and build relationships with new channel partners.

• Conduct business reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Foster and develop partnerships with key stakeholders.

• Optimize resource allocation to enhance performance in line with

• Michelin's distribution strategy.

• Provide regular updates and training to partners, measure performance and propose improvements.

• Manage projects to ensure they meet customer specifications and requirements.

• Promote and enhance the end-to-end value chain with a consumer/end-user approach with selected customers and sales teams.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify actions to improve it.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 7+ years of experience with B.A. or B.S. or 5+ years of experience with MBA at an accredited college or university.

• Impactful prior work experience; Strategy/Consulting work experience a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.

• Comfort with ambiguous, constantly evolving situations.

• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and financial analysis.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and with global colleagues.

• Exhibits curiosity with a growth mindset to discover and solve strategic, complicated questions.
