About the Role:
The Client Executive, Broadcom will spearhead TD SYNNEX's strategic efforts to optimize mutual benefits with Broadcom. This role involves driving new license sales through key partners and supporting Broadcom partners in nationwide. The executive will lead strategic business planning and execution, focusing on new business opportunities, market share growth, and enhancing customer relationships at a corporate management level. KPIs for this role include new license revenue growth, margin expansion, profit contribution, market share, and ROIC.
What You'll do:
Drive new license business relationships across TD SYNNEX key partners with Broadcom and manage Broadcom partner relationships. Lead the implementation and execution of business plans across extended partner teams. Develop new value propositions through identifying new business opportunities, focusing on new products/services that optimize TD SYNNEX resources and capabilities. Responsible for the financial performance of Broadcom partners, measured by sales, profit contribution, ROIC, inventory, market share, and other metrics. Develop and drive strategic business planning processes and go-to-market strategies. Conduct business reviews with partners and coordinate with sales or other relevant functions to address partner-related issues/opportunities. Identify and communicate effectively to influence vendor partner organizations, aligning TD SYNNEX with business objectives. Create and own customer business plans and pricing models, including Broadcom Partner Value propositions and offerings. Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting, and reviewing actual vs. goals. Enhance executive-level customer relationships with strategic and ISV partners, growing share of wallet by improving customer experience. Identify sales leads and provide leadership to advocate TD SYNNEX capabilities at the customer & corporate management level. Develop corrective action plans to improve customer relations and manage strategy for customers. Ensure cross-divisional teamwork to leverage value in achieving customer business vision. Travel up to 75% of the time may be required.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Certification(s):
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 8-10 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the technology industry.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence individuals and groups across and within TD SYNNEX and partner management organizations. In-depth knowledge of technology distribution industry, the ecosystem, and its partners. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence individuals and groups across and within TD SYNNEX and partner management organizations. Strategic thinking, critical analysis, interpersonal and communication skills, and matrix management competency. Demonstrated ability to collaborate for problem resolution and effective negotiation skills. Strong leadership, organization, communication, presentation, and business planning skills. Ability to execute instructions, recognize important details, and communicate clearly. Experience and expert knowledge in sales, technology, or solution-based selling, and working with Broadcom.
