Work Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric Medical Specialties Clinics to: Lead the GI, Rehab, Endocrinology, and Teen & Adolescent Clinics Provide dynamic leadership for a team of 25. Ensure the staffing of the clinic to provide remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families. Lead and manage daily operations and administrative functions. Create and manage the clinic's operating budget. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred Work Experience 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required Applicable clinical certification Preferred Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion UW Health is committed to being a diverse, inclusive and anti-racist workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
