Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at UW Health Deming Way Clinic in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric Medical Specialties Clinics to:



  • Lead the GI, Rehab, Endocrinology, and Teen & Adolescent Clinics
  • Provide dynamic leadership for a team of 25.
  • Ensure the staffing of the clinic to provide remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families.
  • Lead and manage daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Create and manage the clinic's operating budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
  • 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
