The annual pay range for this position is $142,418 - $174,700

How You Will Contribute:

Duties: Provide Workday subject matter functional and technical expertise for day-to-day support and development including hands-on configuration of business processes, data uploads (EIB), System Testing, and other issue analysis - specifically for Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Expenses, Payroll, System Integrations, Time Tracking, Learning, Benefits, Core Compensation, Talent Management, Advanced Reporting and Analytics, Security and Absence Management/Time Off modules. Support enhancement requests and new functionality by collecting requirements, designing solutions, testing, validation, and overall system performance. Manage Workday In/Out integrations with third party applications. Work with HR business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needs. Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of new/automatically available functionality on existing configuration. Engage with functional team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency. Engage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs.

May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.

The Must Haves:

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Computer Systems Engineer/Architects-related occupation involving Workday or HCM software.

Position requires experience in the following:

* Workday platform and its modules including Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Security and Third-Party Payroll;

* HR business processes such as Job Application, Hire, Request Compensation, Request Time Off, or Change Benefits;

* Programming languages such as XML or XSLT;

* SOAP or REST APIs;

* Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), or RAAS;

* Ability to design and build integrations between Workday and other systems including data mapping, transformation, and error handling;

* Troubleshooting technical issues and finding effective solutions, including debugging integrations, reports, and other technical components;

* Security principles and how to apply them in Workday, including setting up role-based security, user-based security, and managing user accounts; and

* Managing projects, coordinating with teams, conducting training sessions, and meeting deadlines.

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
