Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Title: Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Location:Lockport, LA

Position Overview:We are seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to perform Engineering design and oversee the manufacture, construction and installation of shipboard electrical systems specifically in the areas of power distribution, automation, control systems and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration and development of calculations, system level diagrams, I/O schedules, functional design diagrams, and termination drawings in addition to supporting all production and testing activities.
• Coordinate and integrate with primary system and multiple subsystems manufactures to ensure proper and complete interface among all systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 (three) months of Electrical Engineering experience.

Skills:

• Familiarity with CFR, ABS, NVIC, USCG, MIL-STD, IEEE rules, and other applicable regulations required.
• Candidate must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.
