Job Summary Are you a visionary IT leader with a passion for driving innovation and excellence? As the Senior Manager, Information Technology Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT engineering strategy. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, JMCRS IT, you will define and execute the vision and strategy for the software engineering discipline, fostering an environment where the practice can thrive. With a laser focus on continuous improvement, you will set ambitious goals and objectives, ensuring our IT initiatives align with organizational goals. This role offers the flexibility of remote work. Periodic travel to a JAX campus is required (expected 4-6x per year) What You'll Contribute

The salary range is $98,885 - $165,554.
