Customer Supply Manager

The Customer Supply Manager (CSM) owns the packaging and replenishment plan for order fulfillment along the entire operational & tactical horizon for internally manufactured FG (Finished Goods) and ensures commercial supply. The CSM incorporates and translates customer demand insights and market dynamics to execute Central Inventory Management (CMI) across the different network nodes and creates a feasible supply plan in order to ensure on-time and in-full order fulfillment of market needs.

Moreover, the CSM leads cross-functional business review meetings with senior stakeholders to review performance, analyze root causes, and define improvements so that performance targets and customer requirements are met or exceeded. The CSM is the key global supply chain interface to the manufacturing site, and partners closely with the site to achieve safety stock levels, optimize capacity utilization on manufacturing lines, and ensure components are available for production.

• Deliver an executable zero to three years supply plan enabling production and scheduling for the products on the packaging lines.

• Perform reliable inventory management and replenishment planning to effectively meet demand and avoid obsolescence.

• Drive end-to-end trade-off analysis and decisions to allocate resources to the right priorities accounting for potential demand changes and supply constraints.

• Determine the appropriate segmentation strategy, replenishment model and planning parameters to meet market needs and improve operational productivity.

• Oversee the complete order fulfillment lifecycle to ensure efficient, timely and complete delivery of products.

• Act as expert or senior advisor for supply planning and operations to management and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, governance bodies and projects.

• You possess a BS degree in a relevant field and/OR APICS certification of equivalent.

• You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in supply chain

• You have experience in strategy, finance and business acumen training

• You have experience with ERP (SD/MM) and supply chain planning systems

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

The preferred location for this role is onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon.

50% travel may be required if not based out of our Hillsboro site.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Hillsboro, Oregon is $98,700 - $183,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
