Your Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales team. You'll collaborate daily with the field force team, providing essential information and strategic guidance to drive performance. You'll conduct regular field visits to ensure alignment, address challenges, and keep the team informed. Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will support sales initiatives and optimize customer relationships. Strengthening distributor partnerships will be crucial to ensure smooth operations and business growth. You will also monitor market trends and insights, gathering and analyzing field data to refine strategies and adjust priorities effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You'll gain exposure to global sales processes and could be involved in impactful sales events and engagement initiatives.

Your Skill Set

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in commercial, economic, or business studies, and possess a good knowledge of the FMCG market. Proven experience in managing and leading large sales teams is essential. Fluency in English and Greek is required, along with proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage). A valid driver's license is necessary to support regular field visits. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a customer-oriented attitude are also key attributes for this role.
