We are seeking an
Executive Assistant to join our team that can help us with foundational organizational skills while adding a balance of problem solving and creativity. The ideal candidate will join our discussions to learn the various aspects of our business becoming a true partner to the VP team. Core accountabilities of the role include organizing our days, anticipating our administrative needs, tackling the "walk-on" challenges that arise and generally collaborating with team members for success. As an ambassador for the team, the successful candidate must be a natural people-person, comfortable in representing the department with polish, professionalism and appropriate discretion. This high-impact role will have abundant access to senior leaders in Technology and through excellence will establish eligibility towards upward mobility in the organization over time.
The role is based in Atlanta and required to be in office a minimum of 3 days week. Foundational organizational skills are essential for this role.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate some balance of these "force multiplier" skills.
Qualifications:

USD 31.49 - 47.26 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $31.49 - $47.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
