FP&A Manager - Healthcare Industry Location: Jacksonville, FL (Fully Onsite) Full-Time Opportunity Vaco is hiring an FP&A Manager for a leading healthcare company in Jacksonville, FL. This is a fully onsite role with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Healthcare industry experience is required. Position Summary The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical role in the accounting team, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to drive business decisions and ensure financial discipline. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including monthly/quarterly business reporting and variance analysis. Evaluate business unit operating drivers and measure performance against established metrics. Ensure forecast accuracy and monitor countermeasures. Lead and implement continuous improvement across all planning processes, including business planning, corporate planning, financial and operational reporting, and ad-hoc strategic projects. Develop strong partnerships with key business and functional leaders to assess emerging strategic and operational opportunities. Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to create materials for Management Reviews, Close Reviews, and Board of Directors meetings. Enhance and scale financial planning systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and best-in-class financial discipline. Experience, Skills, and Education 5+ years of experience in business analytics within the healthcare field, specifically in forecasting and financial analysis. Proven experience in presenting findings and results to executive teams and key stakeholders. Strong ability to drive cross-department communication to ensure company goals are met. Experience with financial scenario planning and understanding the impact of management decisions on results. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Why Join Us?
